FOs and Creativeness

Here you have it, my mom-in-laws' shawl.

I have had a bit of problem with my photos the last two days, my camera was indisposed so I have been using my cell phone. I guess standing next to a bright window wasn't the smartest move either!

I do love the way the colours changed throughout the shawl, I think it looks great, and she loves it which is a BIG plus :) I just love DROPS, I think I have mentioned that before!

Such a nice, simple and extremely fast knit again... finding lots of these kind of projects lately LOL!!

Anyway, hope you all have a super weekend.

I will be sharing this over at Tami and Linda

  7. What yarn did you use? Looks like a very cozy shawl. Glad the recipient likes it, too.

    1. Hi wordlily,
I used Drops Verdi, it is an enormous 350g ball of yarn but it goes so far, it is quite amazing! With the rest of the ball I am knitting a cowl just to give you an idea :)

  8. Great shawl! I love the length. So many shawls just barely cover but this one you could cuddle up into. Love it!

    1. Hi WonderWhyGal,
I agree, most shawls just cover your shoulder kinda thing and this one is full length. Because of the light wool it is also not heavy so really comfortable to wear.

  9. Your shawl is a beautiful color and it looks so very comforting. The perfect piece to cuddle up with on a chilly evening for some knitting or telly watching.
