  • Do not Link if you are selling something.

This weeks' Tutorial is a recipe, getting ready for Valentines Day.

A quick and easy, yummy treat that really does not take too much time to prepare.

You will need:

Puff Pastry
Jam
Icing or Castor Sugar
A Heart cookie cutter

Roll out your pastry and cut out the hearts.

Using a little jam, place a bit on each alternate heart piece. (I used Apricot and Plum jam)

Cover the jam with the empty heart pieces.

Press together.

Bake at 180 Degrees Celsius until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Sprinkle with the sugar and allow to cool completely.

There you have it, something sweet for a yummy Valentines day treat!

Now its' your turn, what have you been up to this week?
