Last week we had a couple of gorgeous sunsets.
This was one of my favourites :)
As for last week's WIPs this is what I worked on:
I have finished my table runner and have started to make corresponding place mats.
This is the end of number 1 :)
I made so many samples with this warp that I am not sure if I will be able to make 4 place mats like I had planned, I guess time will tell :D
I have finished my Nutkin socks and will share them with you all on Friday (Feel free to come on over and share your finished objects for the week with me too :))
As I have a couple of days until the next month's Sock-Along begins I have cast on a pair of socks for hubby.
I have also picked my yarn for next month's project :)
Next month we will be knitting Brainless socks.
I will be knitting mine in some squishy PondeRosa yarn.
I hope you will consider joining us?
You can find all the info for the 2016 Sock-Along HERE
Joining in with all of my creative friends again this week.
See you soon.

I love taking pictures of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, though a picture never captures it and does it justice. Your sunset photo is stunning!
ReplyDeleteAll your WIP are gorgeous. I love the bright colors of the yarn for your next sock project.
The table runner and place mats are so neat.
Happy week!
Hi deborah,
DeleteThank you for all the kind comments. I agree with you about photos capturing sunsets, mine are never good either, I rarely take any photos of sunsets because they just aren't the same, except the one above, it is the first time my photo actually looked like the sky so I was thrilled to have taken it.
Thanks for popping by.

Did you notice that the hubby's socks are the same colors as the photo and weaving. That runner is amazing. It makes me want to start weaving!
ReplyDeleteHi Caffeine Girl,
DeleteWow, I didn't see that :) Uncanny!
Thanks for visiting.
