Quick Review Wednesday

This week I only have a little time to chat so I want to quickly update you on the state of the WIPs corner :)

I am still busy on hubby's Tardis socks.

I am a little closer to the end of this project but I still have a length to go before they are completely finished.

In the image above you can see hubby's wristlets/cuffs.

I am making this pattern up as I go along and hope to be coming to the end of this project soon too.

I have managed to complete Jas's cap (more on Friday) and I hope that I will finally have a chance to sew up the other mandrakes and add all the finishing touches to share those with you too.

Other than these Christmas gifts I would still like to - time allowing - make hubby at least another pair of cuffs and a pair of socks (I am a bit doubtful about time for some more socks though)

Are you on track with your gift making?

I have started to make some definite plans for new projects - yay! -
 for the new year and the pack of cards in the corner of the image above will have something to do with that!

But more about that next time :)

I do look forward to time getting more relaxed and calm again!

I also can't wait to return to some hibernating projects that were put aside in the gift making frenzy - are you feeling this way too?

Reading wise - I have got a little further in the book, but have really not had the time to do much over the last week :(
