Oh the Winter season is here!

I feel we are now in the thick of the winter season, everyone falling ill. 
Tips for getting through the winter more healthy and protected:

  • Take your daily dose of Vitamin C. When you are coming down with something, take at least 2000mg three times a day.
  • Echinacea - Helps to boost your immune system. Take it with the Vit. C 
  • Colloidal Silver - 10-20ml three times a day, gargle and drink
  • Flu Tea - Pour yourself a cup of my flu tea to soothe aches, pains and allow you to get some rest. 
  • Keep yourself hydrated.
  • Lots of  TLC recommended!!!
