I haven't had much time to blog lately due to the fact that we are feverishly packing up our household to move back to Switzerland within the next 8 1/2 weeks.
As a family we are doing what we deem necessary right now, but leaving South Africa for the second time in my life is depressing to say the least. I love this country, the people, the environment. I don't think there is another place that mildly represents this country! My 5 years back home have flown by and have been accompanied by good friends, wonderful experiences and growth all round.
We are moving our kitties into their new home today as they are far too stressed with all the happenings at home. I have had people rushing in and out of my house buying everything. I am so going to miss my fur-babies and feel rather distraught about them going, they are so sensitive and loving.
We have been so blessed to be able to give them to a loving, caring home to which I am eternally grateful.
It is rather awkward to live in a home that is getting emptier by the moment, but it is just another thing that needs to be done right now, so we grin and bear it!
