Weird Wednesdays WIPs

Good morning to you all,
Welcome to the last date to repeat itself for the next 90 years :)

12.12.12

I have been a bit quiet this week, been a bit under the weather, trying to win, and almost doing so, but I think I will carry the sniffles away from it :(

Anyway, back to business.....

Let's jump right in with my WIPs for the last week. I feel time slipping through my fingers like sand, but I am determined to finish as many Christmas knits before next week Friday!
I still have to knit:
  • 3 Pairs of mittens
  • 1 cap
  • And finish off this weeks' WIPs if I want to be ready at all :O

Firstly the Houndstooth Scarf:

I am just on halfway with the scarf, but realize that while I am knitting this project nothing else is getting done, so I have put it on the back burner for the moment to make some headway with the smaller gifts.

I thank you all for your wonderful suggestions last week about the back.
I think I will be going with a nice piece of material to cover the back of the project to avoid snags. I will keep you posted.

Next my Wurm:

I love this project, but then again, it is being knit in Drops Alpaca, so what is not to love? I hope I will be heading towards the end of this project by the latest tomorrow.

So far another good read!
I think I can feel myself becoming a fan of Jodi Picoult :)

If you missed Filofaxiness this week, you can go HERE to grab your "Queue" Organizational FREE Printable.

I hope to see you tomorrow on Tutorial Thursdays strutting your stuff LOL!

I will be sharing this post over on Tamis' and Ginnys' Blogs, so head on over for loads of handmade goodness!

See you tomorrow
x
