Welcome Back Wednesday

Hello everyone, happy, sunny Wednesday to you all :)

The sun is out this morning, it looks like it may become a glorious spring day!
As soon as I have finished this post, I am off into the woods to pick some Wild Garlic - YUMMY :)

What have you been up to this week WIP-wise?

I haven't had much time this week for much creativeness as I have been busy with the beekeepers and getting our garden ready for growth :)

 On my knitting side of things the Perfectly Pink Sweater is moving very slowly indeed, if I knitted 5 rows since last week that is a lot, so I won't be showing you a picture of my progress today!

I don't know what is up with me at the moment - but I do have the sudden urge to sew something! 

Maybe it is the warmer weather, or the fact that Jas has no short pants (she leaves on a school trip at the end of the month into the tropical Tessin, so she needs some summer clothing for that) - but I found myself rummaging through my enormous stash of Burda Magazines in the attic yesterday and finally found a shorts pattern that I think would fit nicely style-wise :)

I have some material that has been lying around here for some time (I even found some material that I received from my sisters godparents when I was a teenager :O) and decided I really should do something with it all.

So this is the project for this week:

    My sewing is very limited. Surprisingly I did a lot of sewing in junior high and high school, but not much since then. I mainly make bags and pillows and the ever needed summer skirts :-) Those shorts look fun though!
