Are you wondering what you can make this weekend?
How about trying one of Craftsy's Free classes?
Since I wanted to try out my new machine with a project that didn't require too much time and effort, I enrolled in the FREE Craftsy Course - Bag Making Basics as I can never have enough WIP bags and I thought it would be a great place to start :)
Kristin Link shows you in an easy to follow format, how to create two brilliant bags in this course, and I managed to finish my project in less than 2 hours from beginning to end.
This WIP bag is the drawstring option of the class and is fully lined and the drawstring fully functional :)
I know that some of you out there think that Free equals lesser quality standard, but this is not the case with Craftsy's Free courses.
The only real difference between the paid and free classes is that fact that the Craftsy platform is a student based Q and A in the free classes, whereas you can interact with your instructor in the paid classes.
If sewing is not the craft for you, I am sure you will be able to find something that tickles your fancy in the 38 Free classes that they have on offer!
I wish you all a creative, Craftsy weekend!
