Remember this Hat?

Bob Marley Slouchy

Well, Kay can't find it!
She has searched and searched and searched.....
But then she is a teenager so it is probably somewhere in her room!
Anyway, her room is not my room and so I thought I would make a short process of this and whip her up another one for Christmas.

She has this blue version I made for her aswell but it isn't her favourite.

Bob Marley Slouch Cap

If she finds number 1, well then she will have a reserve.
Why am I making such a fuss about this - she really likes this cap I made for her - the child who told me there are clothing stores for a reason and not everything needs to be handmade!

So here is Version 2:

And with that my FO for this week.

Have you finished something this week?

I will be sharing this with my Friday Friends :)

Have an awesome weekend, thanks for the visit.

  1. Kids are so funny that way... I'm glad I have a long way to go before the teenager stage but when my four year olds asks for something (every time I pull out my knitting) he is picky!

    1. Hi Christine,
Enjoy that while it lasts! Although that said my eldest loves having knitted or crocheted stuff and she isn't much older than my youngest so it could go either way :)
      Thanks for visiting.

    1. Hi Andrea,
Yip totally hat season, the fog is here and there is nothing nicer than having something handmade going while I sit by the radiator and enjoy the view - or lack of it :)
      Thanks for visiting.

    1. Hi Regula,
And the best is this cap is whipped up in a matter of hours and is so much fun to make!

  6. I love these hats and understand completely why you rushed to replace the much-beloved item. Of my four daughters, only one really likes felt...and one wants nothing to do with it. That's why I was shocked when she actually asked for this hat the other day!
