If only I had read some of the other people's reviews before deciding to buy this book. I just assumed that Ms. Picoult always would write amazing books.
I was wrong.
This title wasn't bad perse, and maybe if you have never read another of Picoult's works you will find it a pleasant enough read.
If on the other hand, you have read other books by the same author, then I would not recommend this title as a good buy.
I found it lacking in the usual "Picoultness" - you know that hard to put down, such a good book, feeling which I have become accustomed to expect from Ms. Picoult's gripping, right-down-to-the-last-page style.
I was disappointed in the overall storyline, as well as the feel of the title, and left me with that "yawn-am-I-nearly-finished" feeling.
Pity that.
Don't let this title scare you away from reading a Picoult book though, there are many that I would recommend such as this one, or this, or this, or this.
