Wow, I have just got home in the middle of a hefty wind storm!
I nearly didn't get through my front door, and as for all of our building supplies standing out in the elements - well, let us just say I may be going for a longish walk later in the hope of finding it all again :O
Let me get down to this week's WIPs
My Avalanche is still growing.
I am still busy on the short row sequence and will be working a little more on this project this weekend.
March is here and with it a new pair of socks for this Month's Sock-Along!
These are my Owlie socks
I have opted for a complimentary cuff, probably heel if I make a flap of some sort and toe.
I am just at the row where I insert the first set of beads.
I actually was there yesterday already, but found out that my beads were far too small for the yarn and had to find some other appropriate beads today.
I hope I now have the beads I need and will continue with this pattern a little later today.
If you are wanting to join in this month's Sock-Along, I would love to have you knit along.
You can find out all the information HERE
At the end of this month I will be having the first draw where 3 winners will win some gorgeous goodies!
It could be you!!
On Friday I have a finished object to share with you so do come back for that :)
Bring along your finished object for the week and share it with me too (there will be a linky party :))
I will be sharing this post with all of my lovely creative friends, so do hop on over there for some great inspiration.
See you soon

Hey Natalie, I went for a walk with my friend this morning, while the weather was still nice. The afternoon was quite ugly and grey. But still, I'm looking forward to a quiet evening. Regula
ReplyDeleteHi Regula,
DeleteYes, tomorrow will apparently drop 10 degrees and we are in for some more snow. I am not complaining, I haven' yet had my fill of winter just yet :)
Thanks for visiting.
