I was hoping to have Jas's Cap also complete for today, I am almost done and will probably finish as soon as I have finished this post, but I will post it next week as my FO on Friday :)
I must apologize for this BAD photo, took it on the cell phone (not blaming the cell phone, it generally takes amazing photos, it is my inability to use it correctly ;(), will take a better one later, now that camera is up and running again!
I will update this post a little later on when she returns home as she hasn't taken this cowl off yet, it is always on her person, don't you just love that, such a pleasure when your handmade goodies are that appreciated.
If you came by on Wednesday I showed you these goodies....
And told you I would make something out of them on Thursday. Well, I did, I made this....
Want to know how?
Come past here and find out :)
Here is a bit of exciting news for my German friends out there....
I have started a German Blog to include all my deco creations as I have been asked for directions on how to make some of them.
I will be filling the blog up over the next week or so with translated versions of the crafts features here.
I must ask you all to excuse the German grammar.
I am not that "Sattelfest" in German writing, but am having hubby read over it when he gets a chance.
If you visit, please let me know what you think of it, all comments are welcome :).
It is still a very raw Blog as it stands right now and I will be including a lot more stuff as I have the time to spare.
Here the link : Einfaches Gestalten - Gewusst wie!
I wish you all a fantastic, creative weekend.
See you soon.

Hi WonderWhy Gal,
DeleteThanks so much for visiting. The colour is wonderful, I didn't think I would have enough Verdi to finish it the cowl but it turned out to be the perfect amount :)

Lovely cowl and really neat platter. Wish my girls loved my knitting that much!
ReplyDeleteHi Chrisknits,
DeleteThanks so much.
I do get some eye rolling when I am out and constantly asking if they like this or another knitted item, my youngest has once told me that she will eventually be going to school as a knitted doll, but I have learned to try and influence her with colours she may like :) Works for me :D - Mommy-tricks!
Thanks for visiting, have a super weekend.
