**Winning WIP Wednesdays***

wip wednesday

Wow, Wednesday again!
My picture is the barest I have ever shown you - Only one Project on the go!
I thought I better add the next projects wool into the photo, so it makes me look a little more industrious LOL!!

To be quite honest I have been neither here nor there this week, with a lot of running around and not much time to concentrate on any of my knitting projects - which is a shame, I really do miss it.

These are Jas' Socks

socks with drops

They are the same pattern as my socks from last week, I was planning on changing the cable-work slightly, but then I got lazy, so they are the same, just in a different colour.

The other ball of Drops Big Fabel is planned for another birthday gift that I need to start this week.

On the reading side: Still busy with "The Dovekeepers"
Not too sure if I am enjoying this book at the moment or not - I am having mixed feelings - I will tell you more once I finish it up.

I look forward to Sunday where the voting will begin for Book number 3 - some nice titles in the running again :D
Do come back on Sunday to see which titles have a chance!

Tomorrow on Tutorial Thursdays I will be showing you this Easter Craft:

easter crafts

I saw this nifty craft on Pinterest some time back and as there was a problem with the original source, I thought I would try to re-create it and show-you -how! My oh my, not as easy as it looked in the picture!!!

This craft needs two people to hand - Come back to find out why!

Do come by and link up your crafts, I would love to be able to feature your crafts on my Pin board and Facebook Page :)

Have you grabbed your chance/s to become the winner of this amazing set of KnitPros?

Not yet? - Come on over and join in HERE

See you tomorrow.

I will be linking up with Tami and Ginny today, so head on over for amazing feats of wooliness ;)

  5. Sorry your knitting time has been scarce. Hopefully things settle down soon for you. Nothing nicer than a pair of blue cabled socks :)

  6. Natalie, I made one of those yarn cages last night, and oh my goodness it is NOT easy! I asked my boyfriend to help me but he looked at me with glue all over my hands, a slightly wild expression on my face and bits of yarn all over my desk and said a resounding NO.

I love that cable pattern! It looks very unusual!

I agree not as easy as it looks, but I managed to get it done :)
