Tutorial Thursdays - Spring Vases

Welcome back to the latest edition of Tutorial Thursdays.
Today I want to share with you a quick and easy craft that will help you frost any vase up for any occasion - in this instance - Spring!

For this craft you will need:

Gonis Decor

A Vase
Gonis DecoFrost* (A glue that frosts glass)
A template of your choice
Gonis Decor* (A universal paint to add a tint to the frosting)

*I use Gonis Products as I am a distributor and love the quality that these products provide. If you cannot find these products in your area, you will have to substitute them, hence the descriptions in brackets.
If you have any questions to these products please contact me

First - place some DecoFrost* into a lid, add a drop of Gonis Decor to give it a slight tint of colour.

Using a sponge, pump up and down on the glue until you have bubbles forming on the surface.

Now, place your template how you would like to have it on the vase, and gently sponge over the entire pattern.

Once finished, allow to dry and it will look like this:

If you want this to be a permanent pattern on your vase, you can place it in a warm oven (160°C) for about 20 minutes (make sure your glass is heat resistant!!), otherwise this glue will wash off with some warm soapy water, leaving your vase ready for the next occasion :)

Please feel free to link up your crafts below.

They do not have to be tutorials, I would love to see any crafts.

I love hosting the Linky Party, but it would be so much more fun for everyone, if all of you, would take a couple of minutes to visit at least 2 other links below.
We all appreciate visitors and comments, so please be so kind and do so.

Rules for the Craft Linky Party:

  • Firstly, your link must be craft related! Please do not link up goodies which are on other topics. I have started a new Sunday Linky Party for Social Media/Blogging Tips and Tricks - You can link up your posts on those Topics HERE
  • Grab my button below and showcase it somewhere on your blog OR create a visible link.
  • Do not Link if you are selling something.
  • Be sure to only link the relevant Blogpost and not your whole blog.
  • Please be so kind and visit at least 2 other posts linked below, it is always nice to receive visitors, this is a linky party after all! :)
  • In linking below you are giving me the permission to use of your image if it is being featured the following week. If I am unable to use your image I can unfortunately not feature you.
  • Please do not link up stuff you have already linked up before!
  • Please note: I will remove content that does not abide by the rules mentioned above.
Do you have your own Linky Party happening? I would love to hear about it!
