I love the hat - you've been doing so much knitting! Stashbusting must be so satisfying.
ReplyDeleteHi catnsparrow,
DeleteThank you, yes, I must admit stash-busting is wonderfully satisfying and keeping a log on it even better, I find it amazing to see the amounts of yarn I am knitting, it never feels that much whilst I am busy so the totals are a bit mind-blowing when I see them!!
Thanks so much for visiting.

Wow! Great hat ;)
ReplyDeleteMaking the most of what we have on hand and beautiful finished projects ~ what more can a girl ask for? lol
I've been debating making some socks too ~ not sure if I'll pull out the electronic knitting machine or by hand???
Hi Donna,
DeleteGreat thing socks :) I look forward to seeing yours. Have you decided - will you be knitting them by hand or the machine?
Thanks so much for visiting.

Nice hat. It's always heartwarming when the recipient loves what we make for them. :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Kathryn,
DeleteIt is so wonderful, the problem is that when they love the project I make for them, I whip out my Ravelry Library and ask if they maybe want this and oooh oooh, what about this - and if they find something they like, I tend to cast it on straight away! So ultimately I am creating handmade wardrobes!
Thanks for visiting.

"Jas loves it and wore it to school this morning" ... oh, I think that brings a tear to my eye too. So rare to find people so perfectly knitworthy :) Well done!
ReplyDeleteHi Minding My Own Stitches,
DeleteIt is rare, Jas is a great recipient though and enjoys most things I knit, my youngest on the other-hand complained to me that one day our entire home may be filled with handmade stuff, and why can't we just buy jerseys like everyone else! LOL, she does like the cowls, caps and gloves though but that is about it :D
Thanks so much for visiting have a super weekend.

The hat is great! A marigold color, too! Glad Jas likes it.
ReplyDeleteHi Nancy,
